Two Dates Added! We’ll be in the smaller Studio A room for a more intimate experience.

90 minutes of Yin Yoga with Jordan Aftanas backed with a Soundbath by @GrahamSlick.

Simple, restorative postures will be led by Jordan and accompanied by a symphony of bowls played by Graham which are designed to induce deep meditative and peaceful states.

This is a live in-person event. Open to all.
